This is a top-down shooter I made this week in Unity with the gracious free assets made by many listed below.  It's a post apocalypse setting where human kind is wiped out, and only the robots survive, and they are at war.

For my Design Modifications I focused primarily on game aesthetics: 

I replaced the sprite of the player controlled main character and animated it. 

I replaced the sprites of the enemy shooters and chaser with two different sprites and two different animations for shooting/walking.

I replaced all three level backgrounds, and added new game music/sound effects for each level, as well as the main menu. 

I added in new unique game environment assets, and objects to act as map borders, for each level. I tried to strategically place them with 2d polygon colliders to create more challenge for the player.

I created a particle system to act as rain for Level 1. 

I altered the UI interface at the end to say victory, and to redirect to the main menu: I also changed the name of the game in the UI.
